Why Brand Designers Make the Best Photography Clients
Tonya (Booth and Bard - formerly Kilig Creative Studio) is a creative brand photographer’s dream client. Well, she’s mine at least. Working with brand designers is my absolute favorite because our goals are intrinsically in sync, professionally and creatively. Brand designers have already done all the hard work of defining their brand identity, ideal client, and the creative vision they want me to capture because that’s what they do. The vision is SO clear, and yet, there’s still room for adaptation and play. We get to dive right into the creative flow and let it take us for a ride because the preparation has been done. (This is a really good reason to work with a brand designer for your business if you can, btw!)
Tonya came to me with a lot of ideas. Over multiple coffee dates, we narrowed it down to the ones that told her brand’s story the best. Shoot day was like living out a really well-planned dream. Tonya brings a radiant energy to everything she does that invigorates those lucky enough to be near. There was no dull moment, no watching the clock, only creating for the fun of it and getting lost in the present.
