Brand Photography Adventure: Seattle Meets Nuremberg

Since my work with Natalie Linnea has been a huge catalyst for me pursing my dream life, I wanted to talk about how it came to be. In 2021, I was feeling inspired by my recent move to Seattle and wanted to rebrand my photography business. It only took one video call and I knew that working with Natalie was going to change everything in the best way. She absolutely nailed my new brand, gave me confidence to go after exactly what I wanted, and has been one of my biggest cheerleaders ever since.

Flash forward to a rainy March morning in 2022, on my way to work, when I get a text from Natalie asking if by some crazy chance I could come to Germany where she lives to take her brand photos in 2 weeks! I had just started my job about 4 months before and definitely didn't have enough PTO, but I had already decided I was going before I walked into the office. Luckily, my manager was really cool about it and helped me find a way to make it work.

I got to spend an incredible week exploring Nuremberg, getting to know Natalie and her husband, and taking some of my favorite photos still to this day. After that experience, it was really clear that I needed to make some changes, and less than a year later, I was living my dream full time. A lot of things happened in between, but it's impossible to miss where the spark was ignited when looking back.
